The complex is located at 1200 m above sea-level and a marvelous view of the high parts of the northern Rhodopes, Golyam Perelik (Karlak) 2191 m, mount Ostritsa and mount Kaynadina, is revealed, and to the northeast Chervenata skala and Preslopite.
In immediate proximity to the complex (200 m) the construction of the first chair lift station of the Sport-tourist centre "Perelik" is planned. To the northeast of the complex (5 km) in the region of the hut "Smolyan lakes" a chair lift station is built for complex "Pamporovo". The situated in such an environment complex is convenient for year-round use.

The complex "Zlatarsko" is designed in the traditional Rhodopian style with the use of natural material and typical elements as bay windows, consoles and colonnades.
