The recreation centre ”KOMETA” is situated only 90 yards away from a major ski-run.     20% - at completion and signing the notary deed (but not later than 31.03.2008)

     

     

     

    PLAN B - 5% Discount:
    60% when concluding the preliminary agreement (up to 21 days after the reservation of the apartment) minus the reservation fee;
    40% when finishing the final work on the common areas of the complex (30.12.2007);

     

     

    Under both sale options a deposit for reservation of the property shall be paid in the amount in the amount of 2000 EUR/1400 GBP. The deposit is subtracted from the amount of the first payment upon signing the preliminary contract.
